Daniel completed his apprenticeship with a group training scheme then began to work for a local Huddersfield firm that did electrical installations in housing, commercial buildings and hospitals.
From here he moved on to mining in Western Australia where he formed part of the commissioning team for some of the countries largest electrical companies. Carrying out electrical test and inspections on projects such as Newmont gold mine, BHP iron ore and Rio Tinto iron ore mines.
More recently he moved back to England where he continued his testing with a local Huddersfield company working on Yorkshire water and NHS sites.
Apart from completing his apprenticeship he has also completed Electrical Instrumentation and Electrical Test and Inspection courses. Also completing site courses such as first aid treatment, confined space, working at heights, asbestos awareness, elevated work platforms, tower scaffolding and is a current ECS/JIB card holder.
